Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend returning items UPS or Insured parcel post to insure proper delivery.

This guarantee does not apply to customer error in ordering personalized or custom made items. Nor does it cover damage caused by household products, battery acid, tears, etc. 

Sterling Silver items must be returned without tarnish. ANY indication of wear and tear will VOID THE GUARANTEE!
